Overview

Most organisational strategies fail because of incomplete initial strategic planning and inadequate implementation throughout. The one-week schedule of our ILM accredited Strategic Planning training course enables senior managers to develop the essential key strategic planning tools required to ensure that their strategic plans are meticulously formulated so they can be efficiently and effectively implemented.

The curriculum enables delegates to learn how to formulate a strategy which will achieve the company vision, incorporating its values and culture.
